Our mission to buy a house after selling ours in Colorado was not easy. The market is tricky, as veterans we learned that a lot of sellers don't like to sell to veterans. "As an absentee buyer, Sydney Murphy made the process of marching ahead with a Purchase Contract extremely easy. Everyone is busy, but Sydney never made me feel that my selected property was worth less attention from her than any other clients' needs.

The process of getting 40 Reservoir Heights Drive from an on-line listing to Close of Escrow -- and all the steps in between -- was, essentially, a breeze for me. Sydney constantly communicated with all parties -- from listing agent/owner, home inspector, escrow officer, reports, counter offers, inspection of seller's repairs, showings of other nearby properties -- and that communication, along with her substantial real estate business knowledge, and patience, worked as a little miracle in my favor. While the price of this subject property is not high, and possibly on the much lower end of what Sydney normally sells or assists in purchases of, she never made me feel as if any of my inquiries or needs held less weight than clients with larger purchases. There can be a lot of work required on less expensive properties. Sydney stayed on point and on point in a timely, professional and knowledgeable manner. Simply put, I could not have closed on this property without her assistance and kindnesses.
